Honda Wave / Dream 125cc

125cc “semi-automatic” step thru Honda scooters. These bikes have a gear lever but no clutch lever. Once you put it into gear using your left foot, it won’t go anywhere until you open the throttle – hence the term “semi-automatic”. The difference between a Wave and a Dream is that the Wave is equipped with a front disc brake whilst the Dream makes do with a drum. Either are suitable for longer trips into the mountains as because they are geared, the gears can be used to assist braking on the downhills.
