The aesthetic revolution of the Hysung Aquila GV 250 DR
The Aquila is no longer what it was. Leave behind the classic shapes rounded by some new lines with sharper edges and minimalist fenders, with much more “racer” lines. The tank grows and reaches 15 liters in capacity with a characteristic teardrop shape. The seat is also new and a “cushion” is reserved for the passenger as required by custom fees.
The handlebar also contributes to its aesthetics. It’s about a new “cow horns” design with new knobs of switches and levers. The instrument cluster is new too, with analog speedometer a digital LCD display for everything else.
Its round headlamp also enters the set of novelties, with LED position light both in front and in the rear light.

The tires also mark their new attitude. “Sportster” type measures are used with a tire narrow 19-inch front and a wider 16-inch rear. The wheels are new factory, alloy with 10 narrow sticks, and lighter in appearance than its predecessor.

Suspensions remain a conventional fork with 35mm bars and rubber bellows at the front and a pair of preload adjustable shock absorbers at the rear. The brakes do improve, behind that disc-drum is already left to speak now of a 300mm front disc, with double piston caliper, and another 270 rear disc also bitten by two pistons. Of course, both have Dual channel ABS.
